The Original Kabob Factory, Inc. offers over 30 types of marinated kabob meats, and a generous selection of dips, salads, and signature sauces. Our entire menu of kabobs are offered either raw (to cook at home), or cooked to perfection in our kitchen accompanied with mouth-watering sides. We offer combo plates and wraps for individuals and family style catering solutions and services for larger events. Whether it is one person on their lunch break or a party of 700, we aim to be one of the best catering companies true to our concept – “great food means great times.”
Our Mission at The Original Kabob Factory, Inc. is to provide the highest quality in kabob food catering, kabob meats, dips and salads. Our menu items are prepared with health and dietary restrictions in mind. Our meats are all-natural, and hormone-free; no preservatives or additives are used in any of our recipes. All of our recipes in kabob catering or Mediterranean catering have low sodium and we also provide a variety of gluten free menu options.
